My Marriage…

Well i got married… me and Rane tried to delay it as much as we could, but it finally happened. Its great… so far… =) Well here is the marriage card that i designed myself. Its completely in my mother tongue Punjabi. The venue was 1st November + 2nd November Reception. I designed the card based on the Punjabi Folk and folklore art of Punjab. Its quite traditional. I did a portfolio of a Gagan, a member from the site www.punjabiportal.com with Sony Cybershot H50 camera. Not a biggie camera, but thats all i have for now. The shot was done in Haweli resort Jhalander.
Lamborghini Miura Vexel Digital Drawing

Added a background behind the car as some of friends suggested that white bg was looking too bland. So here it is.
About the Car: Most of us know Lamborghini for their Gallardos and Diablos, but they also produced this beauty called Miura back in 1966. The specialty of the design was its mid engined placement. Miura’s design was responsible for making the mid-engined layout “de rigueur” among two-seater high performance supercars.
The car that you see here is the 2006 Miura concept as designed by the new Lamborghini chief, Walter de’Silva, and commemorates the 1966 introduction of the original Miura in Geneva. Too bad that the Lamborghini president and CEO Stephan Winkelmann has admitted that this concept will never see the light of the day as, “The Miura was a celebration of our history, but Lamborghini is about the future. Retro design is not what we are here for. So we won’t do the Miura.”
About the Artwork: My first perspective vexel art. So far i was doing the rear sides only, now im going to launch into perspective drawings as well. Lets see how they turn out.
Dedication: Wanted to dedicate one of my works to 
~immortalwolfhunter. Ambrose is just too good with his vexel art and his gallery is an amazing mix of muscle cars, supercars and bikes… just the stuff to give me goosbumps…

Gears of War is one kick ass game and since its release in December last year, there hasnt been a single game on XBOX 360 that would match the action it provided. GOW was my first game on XBOX and i totally loved playing as Marcus Fenix. Its just so amazing that Epic Games has announced that GOW will also be coming on PC very soon.. hooray for all the PC lovers…!! So when it came to draw comics and caricatures out of games for www.theangrypixel.com, i didnt have to think twice before going for Gears of War.
I must say that this is just a comic panel and its just worth some laughs and nothing serious. I hope it doesnt offend anybody’s feelings. *peace*
This work is dedicated to Parag aka cap_ex aka exile from theangrypixel forums for reasons unknown.. rofl… he is a very good friend of mine, and we occasionally share jokes about pr0n.. rofl…
…and a big thanks to eno aka Krishnan for doing the script. Actually we did a whole cover of the game including the back page with the storyline and features.. of course twisted to fit the theme we portrayed. The full version will be released at theangrypixel website.

Here is something i never did before. Actually im used to draw caricatures and cartoon strips, but i never developed a proper artwork out of it. I did this in Photoshop CS2.. and once again, without any tablet or digital pen… its all optical mouse….
This is the first of Chainsaw Chronicles for the gaming website THE ANGRY PIXEL WWW.theangrypixel im making. There will be a 5-6 of these strips for these chronicles + a game add spoof. Hope you will enjoy the strip and the art as well.
